The goal and strengths of this product and department:

There are four production lines, allowing us to produce:
  • sandwich bread, rolls and small loaves;
  • rosettas, burger buns, mini-focaccias;
  • melba toast;
  • mini-breadsticks.
All the types described above are gluten-free, under the Agluten brand, and also protein-free or low in protein, under the Aminò brand. Andriani intends to relaunch these brands with strength and determination, using solid business reorganisation and a challenging advertising campaign.
