Our sweet bakery products are produced in the historical NOVE ALPI facility in Pistoia, recently acquired by the Andriani Group.

strengths

The goal and strengths of this product and department:

Two production lines allow us to produce shaped snack bars such as the classic pound cakes in various forms, with chocolate chips, filled or decorated, and also naturally leavened croissants, both plain and filled. A third line is dedicated to biscuits made with a rotary machine.

All the types described above are gluten-free, under the Agluten brand, and also protein-free or low in protein, under the Aminò brand.

Andriani intends to relaunch these brands with strength and determination, using solid business reorganisation and a challenging advertising campaign.

Product innovation and department technology:

New types of sweet snacks are being studied, along with new formulas for

existing products, with the aim of guaranteeing claims and nutritional profiles in line with dietary guidelines for consumers, while still preserving traditional flavours.
